Help students navigate communication barriers and reach their full potential. Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and offer personalized therapy sessions that address each students needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, developing IEPs to support student progress.
  • Deliver direct therapy services, track student outcomes, and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create effective communication solutions.
  • Perform screenings, maintain detailed documentation, and engage in team discussions for coordinated planning.
  • Champion student needs through advocacy, staff training, and continuous professional learning.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
  • Current Delaware Teaching Certification optional
  • Delaware SLP license required
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
    • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
