Job DescriptionJob Description

Location: Westminster, CO

Pay: $19-21/hr, depending on experience

Shifts:

  • 1st shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm

Must be willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow written instructions and blueprints to operate machines or assemble electronic components.
  • Perform visual inspection.
  • Maintain and meet production requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and product quality by following procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve issues during the production process.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1+ years of experience in a production environment - either machine operation or assembly
  • Strong manual dexterity is essential.
  • Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral).
  • Must be computer literate (i.e., Windows, Excel, and Word).

Additional Information:

  • Willing to train but would like to have someone with a good attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must be willing to jump around job duties - including assembly, machine operation and packaging.
  • Job is always changing based on customer orders and needs.
  • Basic computer skills needed.
