RPh on the Go is now hiring a full-time Clinical Pharmacist with Inpatient Pharmacy experience for a hospital in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time 13-week contract position. Assignment Specifics:
Full-time
13-weeks
Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Duties:
Review and monitor patients medication therapy and orders written by appropriate prescribers.
Advise healthcare professionals of any issues with patients medication therapy and provide recommendations.
Prepare, label, and dispense medications for patients in accordance with physicians prescriptions.
Provide drug information and educate caregivers, patients and students regarding their medication and their proper use and monitoring.

Requirements:
Active Pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania
At least 1+ years experience in an Inpatient Pharmacy setting
