Join our team as a Brazer where you will play a crucial role in the fabrication process. As a Brazer, you will be responsible for assembling and joining metal components using various techniques to create high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Welders have the proper hand eye coordination to be great Brazers and that is why we are looking for welders. In time, you can be promoted to a Tig Welder. We do not do Mig Welding but Mig experience carries over well for Brazing.
- Utilize FCAW techniques to braze metal components according to codes and standards.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to fabricate and assemble parts accurately.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure precise measurements.
- Utilize tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
Skills:
- Proficiency in FCAW brazing techniques, or Tig welding, or Mig welding.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for effective assembly.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements.
- Ability to fabricate and assemble components efficiently.
- Experience using micrometers and calipers.
- Knowledge of sheet metal properties and manipulation techniques.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for project understanding.
- We are currently hiring for 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.
- 1st Shift is Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1pm plus overtime as needed
- 2nd Shift is Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10pm plus overtime as needed
