Details:
Onsite position near Rogers, MN
Pay Range: $33+/hr (depending on experience)
- 2024-2025 School Year
- Full time, 37.5 hours/week
- Assignment Dates: 8/26/24-6/6/25
- Middle School and Elementary caseloads available
- Will send over candidate preference of age group
- Multiple openings, will take preference of school site
- 1 or multiple school buildings (mileage can be reimbursed between school sites)

- Directors ready to begin interviewing ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities and special needs
- Create engaging and effective lesson plans that are tailored to meet the individual needs of each student
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and techniques to promote student learning and success
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and families to provide a comprehensive and integrated education program
- Monitor and track student progress, and provide ongoing feedback and support to students and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and behavior
- Attend meetings and participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Special Education
- Minnesota Teaching Certification in Special Education
- **Must Have Tier 3 or 4 License to be Considered**
- Experience working with students who have disabilities and special needs
- Knowledge of and experience with IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other educators, support staff, and families
