Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Opening - Fruitvale, CA

Embark on a fulfilling journey with ProCare Therapy in partnership with a greatschool district near Fruitvale, CA, as we search for an onsite Registered Behavior Technician for the upcoming 2024-2025academic year. While prior experience addressing behavioral challenges within an educational environment is valued, it's not required.

Job Description:

  • Full-time role,30-40 hours weekly
  • Preference for candidates with school-based experience
  • Collaborate closely with district Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to execute behavior intervention plans
  • Provide support to students in functional academics
  • Assist students in developing life skills, enhancing communication, addressing social-emotional/behavioral issues, and meeting other individual needs

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or relevant background as a paraeducator
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check
  • Access to reliable transportation
