Robert Half's client in Walnut Creek, CA is in need of a contract to permanent Program Associate. This role is 100% onsite.


The Programs Associate (3) will provide support for all programs by enforcing policies and assisting with implementation of the programs. This role will work collaboratively with Senior Programs Associate, Programs Associates and State Chairs. The focus will be on providing support to all stake holders throughout the year.


Responsibilities Include:

• Knowledgeable on all company Programs Policies and Procedures

• Provide support to teachers, parents and students

• Provide customer support over the phone and in Zendesk

• Assist with phones during heavy volumes

• Provide back up to Administrative Assistant with materials sales

• Create technical documents and support tools

• Assist with certificate organization and distribution

• Assist with the facilitation of in person and online Certificate of Merit testing

• Review all program materials for Convention in hardcopy and digital forms

• Assist with membership renewals customer service (seasonally)

• Assist with Membership Department’s archiving project


Requirements:

• Travel to Certificate of Merit and other Program testing locations

• Travel to the annual Convention every year on or around Fourth of July

• Overtime required during the Convention Week

• Overtime required on weekends during the months of February and March

• Proven experience in the field of Administrative Assistance.
• Proficiency in utilizing office equipment, including computers, fax machines, and photocopiers.
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and administrative systems, such as record management.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability in Effective Communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
