Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Celina, Tennessee

Job Details:

  • On site
  • School based
  • Part time preferred- 10 hours a week

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Tennessee.
  • CPR certification (BLS).
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment programs according to the plan of care.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
  • Educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outes accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
