School Counselor
Location: Gilbert, AZ

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor to provide academic, emotional, and social support to students in Chandler, AZ. This position involves working with students, parents, and staff to create a positive school environment and help students succeed in their educational and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, emotional, and behavioral issues.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote social and emotional learning.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to address student concerns and ensure student well-being.
  • Assist students with college and career planning.
  • Support crisis intervention and conflict resolution efforts.

Requirements:

  • Active Arizona School Counselor Certification.
  • Masters degree in School Counseling or related field.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
