Responsibilities:
• Accurately processing invoices and ensuring appropriate coding
• Handling accounts payable tasks efficiently
• Conducting account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate records
• Managing customer service interactions and providing phone coverage when necessary
• Processing check runs in a timely and efficient manner
• Performing data entry tasks and maintaining customer records
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including invoice processing.• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
• Experience with Check Runs procedure
• Demonstrated ability in Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Familiarity with Invoice Processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to provide Phone Coverage when necessary
