Liberty Personnel is working with a growing multi-state law firm client adding a Paralegal to their team. In this role you’ll be exposed complex litigation cases supporting trial attorneys defending corporate clients locally and nationally. Candidates must be organized, have a strong attention to detail , skills with legal document drafting, trial preparation and general case management.

Overview:

The Paralegal will support attorneys by performing a variety of legal tasks, including legal research, document preparation, and case management.

Responsibilities:

  • Legal Research & Analysis
  • Legal Document Preparation
  • Case Management for multiple attorneys
  • Discovery review and summarization
  • Support litigation from commencement through trial
  • Client Communication status updates.
  • Ensure procedures of PA, NJ and Federal Court are followed
  • Filing & Documentation

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of paralegal experience, with a focus on defense litigation.
  • Certificate, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Paralegal certification is preferred.
  • Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research databases and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and attorneys.
