Schedule: Variable - Evenings required at times
Hours: Variable, 40 hours per week
Estimated Salary: $128,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity in Canton, NY. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with immunization certification who is fortable administering all vaccines and mitted to providing exemplary patient care in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:Pharmacy Operations Management:
  • Register with the state board of pharmacy as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
  • Ensure pliance with federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations, as well as pany policies.
  • Oversee pharmacy operations, including budget, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management to achieve financial goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and department facilities in accordance with legal and pany standards.
Staff and Business Development:
  • Participate in business development activities within the store and the munity to promote pharmacy services.
  • Manage pharmacy support personnel, including job performance reviews and training.
  • Guide and train pharmacy associates, ensuring pliance with all regulatory and pany policies.
  • Ensure pletion of all required pany training for pharmacy associates.
Patient Care and Services:
  • Participate in patient-centered services, including immunizations, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and wellness programs.
  • Administer all vaccines and provide counseling to patients and healthcare providers on medication use, dosages, drug interactions, and side effects.
  • Monitor patient health and progress to ensure pliance and optimize therapy outes.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement programs to maintain high patient safety standards.
Professional Development:
  • plete continuing education programs as required by state law.
  • Use professional judgment to provide exemplary service within the pharmacists scope of practice.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
  • Active New York Pharmacist License
  • Immunization Certification (Required)
  • Must be fortable administering all vaccines (Required)
