Responsibilities:
Academic Support: Help students develop effective study habits, organizational skills, and academic goals
Social and Emotional Support: Provide counseling and guidance to students dealing with personal issues
Crisis Intervention: Assist students during crises such as bullying, violence, trauma, or other emergencies
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, administrators, and other professionals to address students' needs effectively

Requirements:
Must have a masters degree in counseling or related field
Must have state counselor certification
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Experience in the school setting preferred
