Job Description

Our Client has developed hot runner technology for injection molded plastic applications in virtually every market around the world. We are seeking a General Production Worker to join our team and contribute to various light mechanical tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing business with a modern facility and ample benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various light mechanical work involving working with hands.
  • Honing, cutting stock on band saw.
  • Assembly.
  • Benching.
  • Heater installation.
  • Sandblasting.
Essential Skills
  • 1 - 2 years of manufacturing assembly experience.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in production, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Our facility is very clean and modern, equipped with two pantries and a newly renovated cafeteria for workers, as well as an onsite gym. Shift hours are available on the 1st shift (7 am - 5:00 PM) and the 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 1 AM), with contractors currently averaging about 50 hours per week.
