Job Description: 

We are seeking a general laborer to assist with dirt work on a year-long project in Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have the previous construction experience, valid driver’s license, and good work tenure. As a general laborer, you will perform a variety of physical task on a data center site. These tasks include digging, moving dirt, and assisting in site preparation. You will train for 3-4 weeks in Omaha and then travel to Louisiana where you will work on a large data center site.

 

Pay: $25 - $28/HR (Pay is Based on Experience)

Hours: Monday thru Friday 6am to 6pm and Some Saturdays are required

Location: Montreal, LA (3-4 week training in Omaha, NE)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Hand install silt fences and wattles to prevent erosion
  • Drive posts in the ground with pneumatic post driver
  • Zip tie fence to posts
  • Lay down fabric in trenches
  • Clean out fences with a shovel

 

Requirements:

  • Good work longevity
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to spend 1 year on site in Louisiana
  • Previous construction experience
