Summary: Seeking an HSE Manager to lead and manage Occupational Health & Safety programs in a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in HSE roles

• Experience dealing with air permits, hazardous materials, and chemicals

• Background in manufacturing environments

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with composites (not required)

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with site management on Occupational Health & Safety priorities and requirements

• Establish and enhance site Occupational Health & Safety programs

• Keep management informed of progress and developments on key projects

• Evaluate facility conditions, assess risks, and develop corrective-action plans

• Manage all aspects of site Occupational Health & Safety projects including regulatory compliance and permitting

• Lead investigations for significant incidents and interface with regulatory agencies

• Develop continuous improvement plans and track performance against expectations

• Provide leadership for training programs to build technical, management, and leadership skills

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
