Job Description

We are looking for a proficient Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, PLC programming, and working with robotic systems. You will be responsible for both preventive and reactive maintenance, metal fabrication, and basic instrumentation installation. Experience with furnaces and boiler systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Mechanical troubleshooting of gears, bearings, and sprockets.
  • Electrical troubleshooting with 480v, 3-phase motors, and VFDs.
  • PLC troubleshooting and editing programs (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens).
  • Troubleshooting and working with robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB).
  • Performing preventive maintenance on all machinery.
  • Performing reactive maintenance on all machinery.
  • Maintaining and installing basic instrumentation.
  • Performing all aspects of metal fabrication.
  • Reading and understanding blueprints/schematics.
Essential Skills

  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Experience with CNC machinery
  • Welding skills
