General Production Worker

Candidates will be responsible for bagging 50-pound bags of ingredients. After filling the bags, they will run them through a sealing machine to ensure they do not leak.
Responsibilities- Bag 50-pound bags of ingredients.
- Operate the sealing machine to prevent leaks.
- Ensure the production area is clean and organized.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

- 6+ months of manufacturing experience within the last year
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Preferred: 2B Boilers License or greater (pays more)
Enjoy competitive pay with an additional $2.00 for 2nd and 3rd shifts after being hired directly. Benefit from a $750 sign-on bonus after 90 days and an additional $750 bonus after 6 months. Experience a structured work schedule with opportunities for overtime.
Work Environment1st Shift: 6am - 2pm (Monday - Friday) **OT required. Can be 10-hour days, 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday). 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm (Monday - Friday) **OT required. Can be 10-hour days, 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday). 3rd Shift: 10pm - 6am (Monday - Friday) **OT required. Can be 10-hour days, 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday). There may be periods, especially around September, requiring work for 7 consecutive days. The work environment is dusty and smelly, with closed working quarters alongside 3-5 coworkers per shift. Employees must wear jeans and either a t-shirt or long-sleeve shirt. After several weeks, candidates will be provided shirts with their names on them.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
