Job Description:

Aerotek is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Medical Device Assemblers in Boulder, CO. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble medical devices following detailed instructions and specifications.
  • Use basic hand tools and equipment for assembly tasks.
  • Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Clean Room Requirements:

  • Work in a controlled environment to minimize contamination.
  • Wear clean room attire, including gowns, gloves, and hairnets.
  • Follow strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols - no make-up, lotion, jewelry or nail polish allowed.

Requirements:

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small parts.
  • Ability to stand at the workstation for up to 8 hours/day.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
