We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Representative to join our team in Fairfield. This role reports to the HR Generalist and is responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll administration, benefits management, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle recruiting process
  • Process biweekly payroll and maintain personnel records
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities
  • Promote positive employee relations
  • Administer benefits programs
  • Assist with training and development initiatives
  • Support EHS team on workers'' compensation issues
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll processing
Additional Requirements
  • Valid driver''s license
  • Ability to travel 5-10%

Salary Range $32.00-$35.00
