We are actively searching for an HR Generalist to join our team located in Apopka, Florida, United States.

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Develop and deliver an effective onboarding process to set new hires up for success.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR matters, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment and resolve workplace concerns.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits programs, answer employee questions, coordinate Open Enrollment, and ensure the smooth processing of benefits changes and updates.
  • Performance Management: Design, implement, and manage a performance review process, including regular feedback cycles, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans (PIPs) as needed.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Update and maintain the employee handbook and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that support a positive company culture, enhance employee engagement, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR software systems to streamline processes.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business goals, including workforce planning and retention strategies.


  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role managing all HR functions independently.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
