Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Security Officer - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Security Officer, you will be part of the safety and security team supporting the overall well-being of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Security Officer - 3rd Shift

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18 an hour

What's the Job?

  • Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure safety and security.
  • Conduct regular checks and inspections of the facility.
  • Respond to alarms and incidents promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
  • Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures related to safety and security.

What's Needed?

  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and the public.
  • Willingness to work the 3rd shift from midnight to 8 am.
  • Basic understanding of security protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
