Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join ProCare Therapys team in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality therapy services to individuals with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing effective interventions to enhance our clients' independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical, cognitive, and functional needs of clients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achievable, realistic goals.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to clients, aiming to improve daily living skills and functional mobility.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, caregivers, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all services in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Educate clients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies to support consistent progress.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Georgia.
  • Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
