Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Material Handler and Packer who will be responsible for unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles, packaging products into boxes from the production line, and locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. The ideal candidate will be able to carry up to 40 pounds and transport raw materials to production workstations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles.
• Package products into boxes from the production line.
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.

Essential Skills

• Experience in picking and packing (1-2 years).
• Experience in material handling and warehouse operations.
• Ability to carry up to 40 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment includes 12-hour shifts on a 2-week rotating schedule (6:00 pm - 6:00 am, with 2 days on, 3 days off, and 3 days on, 2 days off). The position is based in an 80,000 square foot warehouse operating 24/7. The enclosed cheese room requires managing ingredients and machines, ensuring a clean and controlled environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casa Grande, Arizona.
