Responsible for verifying conformance to Manufacturing and Warehouse Procedures ensuring products meet expected customer requirements.
Responsibilities- Quality control of continuous in-line production adherence to labeling, product workmanship, traceability, documentation, training, etc.
- Inspect product per applicable Engineering Drawings and Manufacturing & Test Procedures.
- Generate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMR’s).
- Conduct internal audits upon direction
- Utilize ERP (AX).
- Participate in external audits advocating for the company (Customer, 3rd party, Regulatory).
- 1 or more years of Inspection experience in a medical device environment, performing in-process and final inspections.
- Experience using associated measurement devices (microscope, caliper, laser scanner).
- Microsoft applications and ERP systems.
- Proficient in the use of standard inspection tools (calipers, microscope, etc.).
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret various prints, manufacturing & test procedures.
- Good mathematical ability to compute/count totals, averages, ranges.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with company personnel and auditors.
- High school degree or GED.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and related data entry experience.
- Understanding the importance of quality and related functions.

Work EnvironmentMedical device manufacturing cleanroom environment. 1st shift: Hours are 5:00am-3:30pm Mon-Thurs.
