Job Summary:
In the role of SLPA, you will play a crucial part in supporting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) by participating in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of students with munication and swallowing disorders. Your collaboration with our team will involve assisting in the development and execution of treatment plans, delivering therapy services, and closely monitoring client progress. This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the field of speech-language pathology and positively influence the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting assessments, supervised by licensed SLPs, to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
Support the creation of individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, client goals, and SLP guidance.
Deliver therapeutic interventions as directed by licensed SLPs, enpassing speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
Apply various tools and techniques to enhance munication skills, improve speech articulation, and develop language prehension and expression.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide support and education on munication disorders.
Assist in monitoring student progress, documenting treatment outes, and reporting findings to licensed SLPs.
Stay abreast of advancements in speech-language pathology through engaging in professional development activities.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and contribute to the overall success of the school.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in munication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
Valid and active state certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
Preferred previous experience working as an SLPA or in a related role.
Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in speech-language pathology.
Ability to work under the supervision of licensed SLPs and collaborate effectively within a team.
