Position Overview:

  • Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Location: Quartz Hill, CA
  • Type: Contract (W-2)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Caseload: Elementary level, across three schools
  • Start Date: ASAP until the end of the school year
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate starting at $50+/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to implement behavioral interventions.
  • Provide training and support to school personnel.
  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to programs.

Qualifications:

  • Required: BCBA Certification
  • Preferred: Experience in a school-based setting
  • Ability to pass a background check
