Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Defense Employment Attorney with 3+ years of employment litigation experience to join our Tampa office. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in employment law, defending clients in complex employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage/hour claims. A successful applicant will have a deep understanding of Florida state and federal employment laws, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar license
Proven employment litigation defense experience
Strong research, writing, and case management skills
