RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Interim Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to join our team in Reno, NV for a 4-6 week assignment. This is a flexible position with a stable site, where you will be supported by experienced technicians and part-time pharmacists. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience and previous supervisory or management experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Manage pharmacy staff, including technicians and part-time pharmacists
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and provide patient counseling as needed
• Provide guidance and supervision to pharmacy technicians
• Maintain a safe and organized pharmacy environment
• Handle inventory management, ordering, and stock control
• Work with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless workflow and optimal patient care

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience is highly preferred
• Nevada Pharmacist License required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic environment
• Ability to manage a team and ensure smooth pharmacy operations
