Accounts Payable Specialist

Role:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will report to an Accounts Payable Supervisor and your responsibilities will include processing high volume vendor invoices, miscellaneous payment requests and employee expense reports. The job requires the individual to be a team player with the ability to function well in a challenging and fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Vendors
  • Organize and coordinate scanning of invoices
  • Process all accounts payable into company processing systems
  • Reconcile all bank statements monthly
  • Perform other assignments and task as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of prior high volume accounts payable experience
