We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various shipping and receiving duties, stocking shelves, sorting packages, and organizing items. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Stock shelves and sort packages
- Organize items in the warehouse
- Scan, label, and mark inventory
- Use RF scanner for inventory management
- General labor
- Warehouse operations
- Shipping and stocking
- Manual pallet jack operation
- Picking and packing orders
- Inventory management
- RF scanning
We offer a pay increase once you become a permanent employee. Our business is constantly growing throughout the year, providing numerous opportunities for leadership and training. No forklift certification is required as we will train and certify you on CROWN trucks upon permanent hire.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a fast-paced warehouse with narrow aisles where forklifts and hand carts are used frequently. Cellphones and electronics are not permitted in the warehouse. Temperature conditions vary with the seasons; the warehouse is heated in the winter to typically 60 degrees but can become very hot in the summer, with fans and water coolers available throughout. Contractors should dress in light, breathable layers and wear appropriate footwear such as sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited.
