Job Details:

  • Schedule: Flexible, aligned with school hours and caseload
  • Duration: Full School Year

Responsibilities:

As a Remote School Psychologist with VocoVision in Oregon, you will:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address students' unique needs.
  • Provide virtual counseling and interventions to support students' emotional and behavioral well-being.
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student success.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic records of assessments, interventions, and communications.
  • Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in school psychology and special education.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Oregon.
  • Proven experience working with K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses.
  • A strong understanding of psychoeducational assessments and IEP development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical proficiency and comfort using telepractice platforms and digital assessment tools.
  • A reliable internet connection and a suitable computer setup for remote work.
