The Shipping Specialist performs various tasks in the shipping department, working with the team to ensure on-time and accurate loading of customer finished products and accessories. The role involves verifying load manifests and physically moving Electronic Gaming Machines, pallets, and accessories to ensure order accuracy. This is an entry-level position that requires physical labor, including lifting, pulling, and pushing weights between 50 and 100 pounds.
Responsibilities- Physically load and unload Electronic Gaming Machines using shipping dollies and accessory parts, including placing, pushing, lifting, carrying, and pulling items efficiently and safely.
- Operate a pallet jack to load completed orders, LTL orders, and shrink wrap pallets.
- Use safe practices while moving and handling techniques to minimize the risk of injuries.
- Utilize a computer and basic programs with the ability to use a handheld scanner.
- Communicate with internal departments, external departments, truck drivers, and leadership.
Schedule: First Shift + lots of overtime
