Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an inspiring opportunity in Fairfield, CA? ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled SLP to join our dynamic team for the 24-25 school year. As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse student population, helping them develop crucial communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid California state SLP license
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
