Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) W/ Full Benefits- Pediatric Role- Sauk Rapids, MN Area

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Provide therapy sessions for individual patients and groups.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Educate patients and their families on communication techniques and strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Stay current with best practices through continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
  • CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with a variety of patient populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to therapy.
