Job Description:

Hardin School District is currently hiring Paraprofessionals for the upcoming school year. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to support our teachers and students. The role involves assisting with classroom instruction, providing targeted support to students, and contributing to a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support students with special needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Perform clerical duties such as preparing instructional materials and organizing classroom supplies
• Supervise students during non-classroom activities such as recess, lunch, and field trips
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Paraeducator Certification, 48 College Credits, or a Higher Degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Onsite presence required
