Join a well-known bearing manufacturer with multiple operating cells across the country. Enjoy 10 paid holidays, a floater PTO day, 2 weeks of PTO, and 1 week of sick pay, with all PTO negotiable based on years of service in the industry. Benefits start from day 1, including a 6% 401K match starting after 60 days. Additionally, benefit from quarterly bonuses between 4% and 6% based on company performance and individual scrap and rework rates. A $2/hr differential is offered for 2nd shift workers.

Work Environment

Work in a medium-sized, clean, and organized shop with AC maintained at 72F to prevent material warping. Welders will work in a non-AC controlled area due to processes similar to forging. The shop operates with 27 employees on the day shift and 23 on the afternoon shift, including CNC machinists, manual machinists, QC, welders, assemblers, and general labor. The team has a mix of tenure, with many experienced in the bearing industry. Required attire includes steel-toe shoes, jeans, work shirts, and safety glasses.
