  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a CADD Technician, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

  • 10 years of Civil 3D experience.

  • Demonstrated expertise in CADD software, including advanced knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or MicroStation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of engineering and design principles related to the specific industry (civil, architectural, mechanical, etc.).

  • Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and design standards.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of GIS software and BIM tools is a plus.
