We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the locally adopted codes.

Duties:

  • Conduct quality inspections on construction sites to verify compliance with building codes, specifications, and blueprints.

  • Perform data collection and analysis to identify deviations from project requirements.

  • Utilize schematics and blueprints to assess the accuracy of construction work.

  • Collaborate with construction management and contractors to address any quality control issues.

  • Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • ICC certifications

  • Clean Driving record

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with project teams.

Certifications

  • Texas Plumbing Inspector License

  • ICC Combination Inspector Certification
