Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Sunbelt is hiring a skilled and compassionate BCBA to join our team and make a meaningful impact on students' lives through evidence-based practices. We are committed to providing our educators with the resources and support they need to succeed. This position is located nearPaso Robles, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Supervise and implement behavior intervention programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Analyze data regularly to track progress and refine interventions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure continuity in behavioral strategies.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and research in ABA and behavioral science.
