Soliant Education is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to join our team in the Carlsbad, CA area We have multiple full-time, on-site positions available for the 2024-2025 school year, offering the rewarding opportunity to support students of all abilities in achieving their academic and personal goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide individualized support to students in a variety of classroom settings, including general education, special education, and resource rooms.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement instructional activities aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Assist students with academic tasks, organization, and follow-through.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional materials and tools to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience working with children in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong desire to support students in their academic and personal growth.
  • Excellent munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
