Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Hayden, ID

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Hayden, ID. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving the communication and swallowing abilities of our students, providing assessments, individualized therapy, and support to enhance their overall quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving communication skills, language development, and swallowing functions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create an integrated approach to support student success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff on strategies to assist students with communication challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Idaho state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred).
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
