We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacist to join our team as a Floater in Syracuse, NY. This position offers a flexible schedule with the opportunity to work across multiple locations. Ideal candidates must hold their Immunization License and be fortable administering all vaccines. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge, registering with the state board of pharmacy.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring pliance with federal, state, and pany regulations.
• Manage pharmacy finances, including budget oversight, payroll, inventory control, and third-party administration.
• Participate in munity and business development efforts to help grow the pharmacys presence.
• Lead, mentor, and train pharmacy support staff, holding them accountable for performance and pliance.
• Ensure that all pharmacy associates plete required training and adhere to pany policies.
• Offer patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs.
• Provide expert advice on medications, dosages, side effects, interactions, and therapy optimization to both patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, ensuring all legal and pany standards are met.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety and the overall success of the pharmacy.
• plete continuing education as required by state law.

Ideal Candidate:

• License: Valid New York Pharmacist License (required).
• Certification: Immunization Certification (required).
• Experience: Must be fortable administering all vaccines (required).
• Hourly Rate: $60/hr - $65/hr, based on experience.
