Our client is adding a General Manager, to their upscale casual restaurant, who oversees daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient staff management, and financial performance. This role involves hiring, training, and supervising employees, managing budgets, and inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Restaurant General Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage staff, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, addressing complaints, and maintaining high standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage financial performance by preparing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and optimizing costs.
  • Implement marketing strategies and foster community relationships for business growth.

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage finances and inventory.
  • Proficiency in restaurant software and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.


Base salary in the $85K-$95K range
