Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Production Worker to join our manufacturing facility In this role, you will assist machine operators in running roughly three machines, performing tasks such as setting up and loading machines, monitoring for error codes, performing lockout/tagout processes, staging materials, inspecting materials, and maintaining general housekeeping duties. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role with 12-hour shifts on 1st shift.

Responsibilities
  • Assist machine operators in running approximately three machines
  • Set up and load machines
  • Monitor computer screens for error codes and alert the operator if necessary
  • Perform lockout/tagout processes when maintenance is required
  • Stage materials to be loaded into machines
  • Inspect materials periodically
  • Maintain general housekeeping duties
  • Document day-to-day tasks
Essential Skills
  • Ability to work closely in a team setting with a machine operator
  • Capable of working 12-hour shifts
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attendance record
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50
