Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, with alternating Saturdays; 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Compensation: $100,000 +/year (Base pay + Commission + Spiffs)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.

Outside Sales Representative Position Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new sales for the company in a professional and consultative manner by determining the customer's needs and then providing solutions and developing B2C customer relationships, and generating sales leads by building a referral base. The sales representative is responsible for company-generated leads, lead qualification, and follow-up.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop key customer relationships
  • Establish a rapport to identify the right products and services for the customer
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Create sales proposals
  • Instill confidence in buyers by providing complete and accurate information regarding our products, services, and pricing
  • Knowledge of the market area and the individual customers' needs
  • Develop sales plans that will allow for customer and market expansions
  • Track all sales and submit sales reports by the given deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned
