Daily Responsibilities for Entry-Level Healthcare Technician:
  • Within the first 120 days of employment, you'll participate in an esteemed training program, including hands-on experience in a hospital setting and a specialized curriculum aimed at developing the skills required for certification
  • Post-certification duties include maintaining sterility, assisting in pre-operative tasks, intra-operative support, and aiding in post-operative cleanup, managing laparoscopic equipment maintenance, and fostering communication with colleagues and hospital staff
  • Availability for 24/7 hospital coverage including weekday, weekend, and holiday rotational scheduled and on-call shifts
     
Required Qualifications Entry-Level Healthcare Technician:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Strong customer service skills with 1-3 years of face-to-face customer service experience
  • Certification as a Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) within 90 or 120 days of employment
