Responsibilities:

• Supervise the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with industry standards

• Manage vendor relationships, including handling inquiries and disputes

• Utilize NetSuite and other major ERP systems for data processing and reporting

• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed, such as implementation of new processes or systems

• Train team members on reporting functions and system usage

• Conduct account coding and accrual accounting tasks as part of regular duties

• Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, from invoice receipt to payment

• Ensure compliance with auditing standards and procedures

• Manage the automated clearing house (ACH) process, including bill pay functions.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Accounts Payable field
• Proficient in Account Coding procedures and protocols
• Extensive knowledge and use of Accounting Software Systems
• Demonstrated ability in Data Processing
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures
• Familiarity with Accrual Accounting principles
• Previous involvement in Auditing processes
• Proficient in Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
• Experience using NetSuite software
• Familiarity with Full Cycle accounting processes
• Proven experience in Bill Pay procedures.
