Responsibilities

- Assist and guide patients with care and all therapies
- Provide patients with DME and instructions on how to use DME effectively
- Scan all necessary documents into patients' file
- Communicate patient’s problem/complaint to the office case manager and Chiropractor
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability and willingness to treat all patients with the utmost kindness and consideration in the most trying situations
- Other related duties as the job requires
Requirements
- Must have BMO certification (Basic Machine Operator)
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Show genuine concern for each patients’ care and progress
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task with ease
- Provide top tier customer service
Full-time position hours:
- Monday: 7:30 AM -11:30 AM and 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 12 PM - 730 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM-11:30 AM and 2:30 PM -6:30 PM
- Thursday: 12 PM – 7:30 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
