Virtual Opportunity - Speech Language Pathologist- CCC Licensed in North Carolina

Position Type:

  • Remainder of the School Year (November - May)

  • Fully Virtual ( No need to commute)

  • Caseload: PreK-12th

  • 1099 Contract

  • Pay range: $43-48/ hr

Founded in 2013, the company partners with schools to deliver personalized and effective care through a user-friendly virtual platform, employing licensed professionals dedicated to student success. Are you an experienced Speech Language Pathologist, looking for more flexibility? VocoVision is seeking fully virtual SLP-CCC to help provide services for a district in North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language disorders or delays.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals.
  • Provide virtual speech and language therapy sessions to students using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other team members to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
  • Monitor and document students' progress towards their communication goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to educators and parents on strategies to facilitate communication development in the virtual learning environment.
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and other team meetings as needed.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

  • Active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in North Carolina.

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

  • Minimum of two years of experience in school-based or educational settings (clinical experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis).

  • Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and technology for remote service delivery is preferred.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer with updated software.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
